is this the movie i'm thinking of???

I remember watching a movie when I was younger, and I just wondered if this was it...

Here's what I remember about the movie -

There were a couple little girls (2 or 3, i think) and the rubbed creme on their boobs to make them grow. And then there was an older blonde girl who was pregnant and got sent away to a school for pregnant girls to learn home skills. I think the little girls looked up to this blonde girl, I'm not sure how they knew her.

Does this sound familiar to anyone???
