Colors of the movie

I picked up the Manga DVD version of the film and the whole damn movie looks blue! (like Cityhunter). Sure it looks cool for a while but it gets very tiresome. I took a look at the trailer on the DVD and it was mostly normal colors. What im wondering is if the "Tartan Asia Extreme" version has better coloring to it. And what are the (if there are any) special features on the Tartan DVD.

P.S. Does the Tartan DVD version even exist? I havent been able to find it anywhere, even Amazon.com!

I just finished watching the Tartan Asia Extreme version. Yes, there is a bluish tint to the whole movie in that version too. I think it was just meant to look like that; the original was in black and white so it makes sense, if you think about it, that the colour in this one are muted to a particular range.
