I know from experience that I've prefered anime with a sci-fi/mecha/action taste to it. But seeing this, oh my god it's fantastic! The characters are all so adoreable especially everybody's favourite, Ryo-ohki!!
If you need to broaden your anime palette, then give this a whirl, you will not be dissapointed!

I too love this anime so much, it is also in my top 3. I'm just surprised that the message boards here aren't that popular. =(
shareAlmost all of the anime boards I have looked at, average with only three threads
and they go for months without replies. Except for Dragon Ball I don't know
of too many other anime series that have a large enough following here.

As far as I know they will not longer be playing these on TV anymore because of licensing issues
