Do those DVDs on ebay have all the original English VAs?

yes, i know they are bootlegged, but i was considering getting a box set since Funimation hasn't released a set with the OVAs yet. does anyone know if the ones on ebay have both the original japanese dub and english dub? meaning they didn't just dub them themselves...
