Which is the better Ryo-Ohki collected set?

Which has better quality picture, and extra features?

They're the same thing, but with different artwork. Also, I should probably add that neither of them are really the "Complete Series". They're the complete 3rd OVA. OVA 1 and 2 or out of print but can be found used online easily enough.
