DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS COMING OUT ANYTIME SOON ON DVD?

I wish I could get the vhs version, I have a dvd recorder!

I Recorded this on VHS about 16 Years ago off HBO However I don't know good the picture is after 16 years. one or nearly 4,000 more recorded to VHS from 1991-2005 now I record to DVD & Need to re-Recorded it or Copy it.

Hate to say this but I found I suppose its a rip from the German Blu Ray.. as I've never seen it available anywhere, although I hear Germany got one. I know its not the greatest movie, but it is definitely to me in the top tier of the action knock off B movies.. including this, Big Trouble in Little Tokyo, among others.. so if it ever get a release I'd love to see one dang it.
