Svart Lucia Video/DVD available for sale?

Does anyone know if Svart Lucia is available to be purchased, either in Video and/or DVD? It's one of my favourite films and I'd like to own it in this format. Thanks!

I'm trying to find it as well, but it doesn't seem to exist.. except maybe in some archive storage room somewhere.. :(
