"Can I bend your ear for a tick?"
Is that an Aussie's common saying? Never heard anyone saying that anywhere in USA.
Show me the holes!

We say it in the UK too
I was gonna let you *beep* me, but I got my rag, and I know how you hate a mess
I'd rather this than 'can I halla at ya?'
Oh God. Fortune vomits on my eiderdown once more.
It certainly is a common Aussie saying (and I'm sure we got it from my most beloved ancestral home, the UK - along with a plethora of other things we say 😀)

Bend your ear for a minute is probably what would be said in the US, although probably only in TV shows set in the 1950s or 1960s at this point.
I use that saying and I'm American. To be fair, I probably got it from this movie.
