Honked off?
I wonder if everyone in Chicago would really be so pleased with the plan to honk horns at midnight for Shirlee. Surely, there must have been some early risers and police officers who thought this was a bad idea.
sharewell peole in large cities are so used to horns and sirens so that a massive sea of would proberly be dismissed as white noise and no one would pay wttention. believe me i live near a massive airport and never hear the plane overhead
