So bad/stupid its good!
This movie and Over the Top are Stallone's version of Glitter and Gigli. Yeah they are bad, but damn entertaining if watched with the right mindset.
It never gets old watching Rambo have his mom tell him what to do.
I don't consider this in the "so bad, it's good" category. They know where the joke is. It's like Kindergarten Cop and Junior.
