My favorite movie of all time that....

...almost everyone I know HASN'T seen. I quote it all the time. I know the lines, the spoofs, the music, everything. This movie has stuck with me since I first saw it on VHS when I was a child. I hunted it down in the early days of DVD and it's been one of my longest owned DVDs. I watch this movie many times. Bored? Stay Tuned. Nothing on TV? Stay Tuned. This movie has never gotten old for me and never will. I love Stay Tuned no matter what anyone says. I'd pick this over No Country For Old Men ANY day.

Count me in the club. I remember watching this on HBO as a child; loved it, of course. I still love it; love the Salt n Pepa song and video (even though quite irrelevent today, and don't even bother showing it to anyone born after 1992, stuff will fly over their heads so FAST!) This movie, along with Freaked, were the two greatest "never-got-their-time-in-the-theaters" movies played on pay cable. I own both films on DVD, and get a pleasent kick every time while viewing them.

~ Hell yeah! This is one of my favorite all time movie. It's so hilarious. The first time I've seen the movie was in HBO at the early mid 90's. I finally got the dvd and I watch it as crazy. Stay Tunned is a great pick me up the mood movie. Totally of of John Ritters best. Really miss him alot.

I know this is an old post, but I share your love for this movie. I watched it as much as possible as a kid on TV, and would rent it occasionally. When I found it on DVD I was so stoked. I remember it only being 5 dollars at Wal-Mart, but I would have paid 20 for it anywhere easily. I loved John Ritter as a goofy actor, and this movie makes me bitter sweetly glad when I watch it now. I hope that more people can come to love it for what it is, because it's such a sweet concept.

Favorite of mine as well. I've watched it well over a dozen times. I'd rent it on tape, and watch it two or three times before returning it. It's still not old for me as well, kind of strange considering things from the past usually aren't quite as good as you remember.

I even have the CD soundtrack, even though it features an "alternate" version of the end title song.

About 6 or more years ago, I actually found Jeffery Jones red leather jacket on eBay, that he wore in the Salt 'n Pepa segment. I didn't have any money, and I don't think that it went for much more than $150. I'm kicking myself, I could have owned that jacket!

I am in the club as well... rented it on cassette over and over. Bought it on dvd at a pawn shop for 25 cents because it didn't have a case. I practically dived at it.

Add me in and I try and get people to watch this classic. I love quoting it and people laughing and thinking I'm funny when all I am doing is quoting the movie. That's the best way to get people to watch it I have found.

Yes. It's one of my favorite family movies of all time. I couldn't wait for my kids to get old enough to enjoy it. They love it as much as I do.
