If I wanted a comedian at my wedding, it'd be Loco. Guy just rules! Why can't all movies have a guy like Loco in them? Best stuff is when he tells Bobby later and tries to give the Deuce gang sign! HIS FACE IS HILARIOUS!

he's a charictature, a "first thought" for a writer, but not necessarily well written. Doesn't it seem like every gang has a "loco" in literature or screenplays? It is probably fine to suspend belief though too. I did laugh too.
