Does anyone know if this film is available on the dvd at all? And if it is on region 2 dvd?

Why does this dvd exist in germany and no where else??

because jeff fahey is very popular in europe, much more than in usa.

i don't understand why the dvds can't work in all the countries. i would like to see this movie released on dvd in this country now! DVD NOW!

The Sketch Artist is coming on Reelz Channel this week, so I'm assuming it will again someday soon, if you miss the airings.
