A joke of a 'Men Behind The Sun' series entry

Is there anyone out there that sees this as a worthy entry into the infanous Men Behind The Sun series?
The first built quite a reputation for itself, and wathced in its own right the second is still quite a nasty film, but this...? it's devoid of anything disturbing, lacking any real impact at all. Still, thank god Black Sun rekindled the series' worth.

Was a lot of the "operation" footage in this just re-run from part 2? I didn't see it in part 1.. or 4, so if not this was a good addition, that vivisection scene my god that must have been real! heart beating inside the chest cavity!
I thought part 1 was really dry, beside the infamous cat scene.
