US release VS. Hong Kong release?

I heard there were a lot of scenes cut from this film for it's US release. Can anyone tell me what scenes are missing? Did they cut stuff out so that it would get a PG-13 rating(such as sexuality or stronger violence) or did they just trim dialouge? Your help would be most appreciated.

I don't know what the US version is like, since I've only seen the HK version. But I think that the US versions mostly just cut the seen they don't think the american audience would understand since the chineses thinks in a little different way. I don't know about this movie. I hope you didn't miss any action!

There are actually two US versions. I purchased a VHS copy of it a few years before it was released in theaters and one scene I know was cut is when the cop talks to the upset parents after losing the twins.

Kramer: ...he was very impressed with what I do.
Elaine: What you do? You don't do anything!

You can read about the differences here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0105399/faq?ref_=tt_faq_1#.2.1.1

wow, the US release got rid of over 15 full minutes - which included reducing Barbara to a cardboard cut out instead of her actually being a character and not just a girlfriend prop. It was really hollowed out. Even things like when Tyson was on the magnet - originally he had dialogue there before almost being dropped. At least the action is the same.

The dubbing really kills the movie but it was still fun. They cut 15 minutes for the us release.
