Help identifying a similar film, please!

I saw Unfaithful Wife: Shameful Torture as part of a late night season on uk tv maybe 7-8 years ago, and I was digging through some old vhs tapes and found a second film from the same season. It was also Japanese and had a similar style to this film (Unfaithful Wife: Shameful Torture), but with more conventional lighting (less red and blue scenes). Due to the rubbishness of VHS I don't have the start or the end of the film, just around 30 minutes from the middle somewhere. I'd like to see the rest, so any help identifying it would be great.

The part I have starts out with two guys in a cafe, one older (mid 40's), and the other younger (mid 20's). The older guy seems to be called Mr. Inoue and has just given up smoking, and offers his cigarettes to the younger. The younger guy has also just been having a flashback of him raping his girlfriend in their apartment. She's also having an affair with someone else and tells him that she's leaving.

The younger leaves the cafe, and Mr. Inoue insists on paying his tab, and tries to get a ride on the youngers motorbike. After riding around for a while the younger has had enough of Mr. Inoue, and tells him to get off his bike. He then walks off with the youngers helmet, who tries to get it back before kicking Mr. Inoue in the back. He falls forward and gets hit by a car, falling headfirst into the pavement, with the helmet saving his life.

If anyone knows what film this is, or has any other clues to help identify it, that would be great!
