I was hoping that maybe they would have included this movie with one of the Seasons but they didn't, so I was wondering if maybe someone knew of a website or perhaps some information on if they were planning on releasing this movie (along with Wedding in Las Vegas) on DVD anytime in the near future.

Nope. This movie and SBTB: Wedding In Las Vegas are both still not yet released on DVD in the US. It sure is taking a long time for them to get released on DVD. You can buy them both on VHS though from amazon.com and ebay.com.
