Criterion Collection campaign!

I would really like to see this film and the other two films that make up Ratnam’s Terror Trilogy get deluxe DVD treatments from the Criterion Collection for the US market. I’m sick of the cropped, non-anamorphic, poorly transferred discs from DEI. I’ve contacted Criterion about this before, and all I get is a “We have no commercial Indian films in the upcoming release pipeline at this time.” If there was ever a commercial Indian film that deserved a Criterion DVD, this is it. So, people, start writin’ those messages! Peace.
