Scenery

This film has breathtaking scenery
This film and Homeward Bound I think have the most beautiful cinematography in a film.

Cinematography and Beautiful Scenery aren't the same thing. I do think this is a wonderfully shot film but GREAT Cinematography is more than just scenery. I think of Kubrick films, for their perfect lighting, framing etc. Or a couple recent examples would be 'The Master' and 'No Country For Old Men'... Both are crafted perfectly. Another, starring Brad Pitt coincidentally, would be 'The Assassination of Jesse James'... Talk about Beauty... That film is breathtaking. It's similar in ways to this film in its "Old West" feel but it's alot darker in tone and the use of Natural Lighting by Roger Deakins is amazing. Add in anything shot by Terrence Malick with Emmanuel Lubezki... Perfection.
