Unfairly criticized

I get that it deals with the serious issue of child abuse, which can be off putting for audience members, but this movie was unfairly judged. It’s a really beautiful movie.

Both child actors were phenomenal, and so adorable! Which made it even tougher to see the abuse. That scene when Bobby first gets hit for losing his stepdad’s lure, was gut-wrenching.
