minor quibble about Wyatt's concerts

Okay, I get where he's a bit disillusioned by the "side show" aspect of the concerts Lula has put together, and I get that he wants to perform with just him and his guitar. But the response of the audience to the huge productions prove that concert goers also enjoy this part of a show.

At the last scene, he tells Lula that from now on, the show will be a simple affair the way he wants it, no smoke, no explosions, etc.. If I had written the script, I would have had Wyatt compromise a bit on the show's content, offering both the spectacular and the intimate portions that Wyatt wants. I think it would make for a better show.

What I don't get is how can he not sing and the audience does'nt notice this? I have been to few concerts. Yes it is very loud but you can usually very well the singers voice. Unless you have a bad soundperson or equipment.

I'm not insane I'm just crazy
