One of those 'undiscovered gems'

This movie should have attracted more attention than it did. It was excellent on all levels.

Exceptional performances (Pesci at his best), eye-popping costumes and production design, fairly interesting plot, and an excellent film score. Yup, this is an all around good film (one of the best neo-noir films of the decade) that unfortunately went unnoticed.

Hey there, Johnny Boy, I hope you fry!

I remember when it first aired. Pesci was known as a funny guy from his other works. The film came across as serious but the trailer showed him scrambling around ala from a Bud & Lou film.

Saw the trailer in the theater. Never sat down to watch it. Maybe someday.
