IS THIS THE FILM ABOUT BOXING???

I think I have seen this movie a long time ago and if it's the one I remember I loved it. I just want to make sure it's the right movie before I spend my money on it. Is the film, or part of the film about boxing? This is what stands out in my mind.

Any help at all will be appreciated.

Yes and no. It's about alot more than that but a good part of the wisdom imparted on P.K., the main character, is done from Morgan Freeman, his boxing instructer and Armin Muller-Stahl's character.
