Let's ignore the intentions.
This film is inept on every level. Aside from a few very interesting clips and interviews, this thing featured horrible editing, narration, and structure.
Awful.
mmmmkay... I guess one could say that, if one is too daft to put production techniques in perspective, and to realize that it was done in the eighties with a limited budget.
Others will focus on the CONTENT, not the package...
Oh, how Americans love MTV-style hyperactive camera movements, 8 second shots, etc., to appease their collective ADD. LOL!
Say what you will about this film, but regardless of the roughness of its edges, when released in the summer of 1992 a few months before the elections, it probably contributed to Clinton bitch-slapping the annoying twangy-voiced Bush senior at the polls in November. hahahahahaha
Sad thing is that we got his imbecile son for eight years as a result (it's obvious the idiot son held office with an oedipian motive).
