Worth it?

Why bother commenting on an almost 25 year old movie?

Anyway, I couldn't get past 30 minutes. I like post-apocalyptic movies & search for them & downloaded this a few days before starting to watch.

The description on IMDB seemed good, at first, but upon further reading, while watching, I guessed that this was worse than than I first thought. The positive reviews actually helped me determine that I would not like this, by giving descriptions.

To kinda even like a movie, I don't need to be engrossed. I use 3-4 screens on 2 computers, so when watching movies, I keep an interest in reading/viewing other things, but cared nothing about this movie.

Sidenote:
For those aware of Michael Ironside & John Saxon, do you get them mixed up? Although, they their births are 15 years apart, I kinda thought that they were they were the same guy -- only really knowing their names recently. I remember one of them in "The $6 Million Man" & in a futuristic, post-bomb movie. Both were probably each Saxon.

I saw "Scanners" in the theatre & that Mars flick (w/Arnie), each with Ironside, but I could have easily said that the actor is "the other guy."

Kinda strange that they are each usually tough guys in their roles, because they are neither tall, nor muscular. Same is true for Charles Bronson & Robert DeNero (sic). Not trying to dis any of them; I like their roles & movies. I am tall & built, but neither tough, nor know how to fight. Haha.
