Who plays Scotty's girlfried in the first scene of the movie (when he catches her in bed with his boss)?

That would be Monique Gabrielle, the B-movie actress who has since graduated to porn, rather than trying to go in opposite direction.
Look at full credit list and scroll down to find her, playing "Cindy Beatty."
Monique has appeared in lots of movies, but nothing mainstream in a while.
There are screen caps and vids of that scene floating around the net, and should not be hard to find.

Would that be the "R" version or the Unrated version? The version that I have on an old VHS does not have the nudity scenes. But I did see that version on Cinemax once.
