Really? A little kid is that strong? Dude, grab the bat out of the little ass hole's hands and beat him with it.

I know right! He's a KID vs a grown, healthy man?! Charge at him, take a whack or two if he gets ya, but seriously!
A body check to that pint-sized little SOB should take care of it.

Cut him some slack!! He just realized that his 5-year-old daughter was dead, fell down on the floor because of the marbles and couldn't really react in time for the first beating to the head.

Also, it's not every day that you find out that your 9-year-old adopted son wants to kill you.

He was in shock by all that had happened and not quick enough to block the first hit. And of course after the first hit he was dazed from the pain and could not react.

Mikey's plan was risky and had a high probability of failing disastrously. If a small kid wants to murder people without using guns he has to take some risks. In this case the intended victim failed to react fast enough and the plan happened to work well. IN such a situation a lot is up to chance.

Yeah if he hadnt fell, the dad would've lived. I wish Jessica would've called the police as soon as possible
