There are ways to achieve invisibility

There are two methods for invisibility without blindness:

1) An invisibility cloak.

The 'blindness' problem can be solved thusly;

You have a device that looks like sunglasses (when you can see it), but achieves the effect of letting the invisible individual see, and yet remains completely invisible.

The way it works:

It lets light rays inside the eye, so that the eye can form the image, and the individual wearing the glasses can see.

When the light bounces OFF the eyes, those light rays are not permitted outside - they are eliminated.

It also makes a copy of the light rays coming into the glasses, and sends the copy around the individual, curving the light, so that everything remains invisible (or the copy could be sent to the actual eyes, and the actual light rays just curved and bent after they've been copied).

In any case, it detects, copies and prevents light rays, and acts accordingly.

2) Rising the vibration frequency - in other words, doing what the Shinobi learned how to do, and temporarily travel to a higher plane - etheric or astral will do. When you are in the etheric plane (or a field surrounding you is), you can't be seen on this plane - but you should be able to see all the etheric/astral imagery happening on that plane (and since all objects have an 'aura' around them, you can see - though not exactly the same way as in the physical plane)

As a sidenote, there are ancient japanese paintings that support the truth of history that I just told yas.

3) Just use the.. dámn!

There are THREE methods .. just let me start over.

The third way is to use the Monty Python-method, of course. They actually interview an invisible man in one skit.

4) Remote.. aargh!

There are FOUR methods for invisibility.

You can use the combination of REMOTE VIEWING and TELEKINESIS, both proven to be not only achievable, but already done (Ingo Swann, Uri Geller and others).

So, remote view any location, where you wish people not to see you (and because you are not 'really' there, you are just remote viewing that place, no one can see you), and to manipulate objects, just use telekinesis. Then it'd be exactly like being there, but invisible (except that no one could bump into you or anything)

Writers and moviemakers lack imagination these days.. (I consider also 1987 to be 'these days')

Then there are of course the clumsy camera-based methods, where you either project the filmed background onto someone (very impractical), or have dozens of small cameras on one side, and as many tiny monitors/screens on the other - but that never works, because you'd have to be completely covered with both cameras and monitors, and both of them would have to be able to go much further than the usual 256 different 'brightness' levels (it's not the same 'brightness' that you can usually adjust, I am talking about how bright the monitor is to the eye, like how bright the light is - and the fact is, modern monitors are very, very dim, and have a very limited, narrow viewpoint to the light scale, whereas natura has pretty much a very vast, almost unlimited scale of different brightnesses). It would still be suspectiple to reflections, glints, and the like, and would in any case never look completely invisible anyway.

But the point of my post is that it's possible, and that you have various ways you can tackle the problem. There are the clumsy technological ways, or the elegant energy manipulation / spiritual techniques.

We all know what the Shao-Lin monks can do with their energy fields - I just wonder if they could actually be invulnerable to a bullet with such a field, or if there's some kind of limitation to how much pressure it can take, and whether one can cultivate it to be stronger with practice, and all that.

But there's not much that kind of public research going on in this world, people rather know about what Hollywood celebrities are naming their puppies, and what muscle mass transported an object from one point to another, or what wheeled metal casing travelled over what paint blotch in what time.

Oh, there are plenty of other ways to be invisible. Become homeless. Or be a woman over 50. Or be a teenager trying to get a sales clerk's attention, or...
