I found this on VHS for 99 cents in the clearance bin of a video store, and I can't say I was impressed. This is a by-the-book action thriller typical of the era, and the '80s fuel that fed films like this had exhausted itself by 1992. Mickey Rooney's hamminess is a highlight, and that's not saying much. 4/10 stars from me.

Yeah, boring action scenes, the lighting was really nice though

I have the VHS as well and I actually thought this a very kick-ass action flick, though it did feel a bit unfinished They still needed to go after the crooked chief of police!
