reused scenes from part 2

Never noticed this the first time i watched it years ago on cable.The beginning where he's walking and spinning the night stick back and forth and the scene where he's walking up the stairs in the prison hospital and kills the 2 guards are both reused footage from part 2.I loved the first 2 movies.This would have made for a pretty good franchise in the same vain as Friday the 13th or Halloween if not for this terrible 3rd entry that killed any chances for more sequels.
