I havn't seen this or the second 1, i just want 2 know how he finaly dies. It seemed he dies on the first but came back twice, is he finaly dead now??

Personally, if Matt Cordell does come back, he should come back as an undead corpse again. That would be a better idea than him possessing a rookie cop.
