Has anyone heard any scuttlebut about a DVD release (region 1) ? I saw the Region 2 dvd and the master they used was faded and worn. It's a great movie, and deserves a quality dvd release!!

Doesn't look like it will ever come out on DVD... I guess there's just not the demand. WHERE did you get your hands on a region 2 dvd though? Even a faded and worn copy, I would watch... better than no copy!

The Fencing Master is available on Region 1 DVD at ioffer.com for $9.50 inc shipping. Good quality copy with English subs.
