DVD seems to be becoming a bit of an item

I was lucky enough to find a used copy on eBay a couple weeks ago and I'm waiting for it to arrive (gotta love media mail) so I can finally see this movie. I love movies like Die Hard, Trapped with Kathleen Quinlan and other highrise thrillers like Abwarts (1984) and The Tower with Paul Reiser so this early-90's late nightie should be a treat. But jeez I've seen copies of this DVD go for $45-$70. It's like a flashback to that whole Last Days Of Disco nightmare that happened to me before Criterion bailed my ass out again!
