Better than 'Far From Heaven'?

Far From Heaven (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0297884/), 2002, also staring Dennis Haysbert covers similar themes. In fact, it has been several years since I viewed Far From Heaven, so while watching Love Field, I kept feeling that I had seen this movie before, but I hadn't. Far From Heaven has a higher IMDB rating than Love Field, but I personally found Love Field to be a more interest and better acted movie. Hmmm... or maybe I'm just a sucker for Michelle Pfieffer. :) She was soooo beautiful and so spot on as the sweet and caring yet somewhat naive platinum blonde.

Love Field is much better than FF heaven.

Michelle was great in this one. However, Far From Heaven is far superior and in the lead role Julianne Moore proves herself to be one of the screen's greatest. IMO FFH is much better filmed and written and the bittersweet ending inspired much more intense emotions in me than LF did. Dennis does a fine job in both, though. I always had the feeling I had seen him somewhere before and then it clicked that he was in FFH in a similar role!
