Spoilers. Main villain was missing something

Towards the end of the movie, the heroine - who had been searching for her missing younger sister in the big city - finds herself snooping around the office of the main villain. He has masqueraded as a legitimate successful entertainment business owner executive. He comes back to his office and she has to hide quickly. The man goes into his private restroom to urinate and leaves the door open since he believes he is alone. She tries not to peek but woman's curiosity gets the better of her and she looks up at him from her hiding spot. She wishes she hadn't looked. Much to her shock she sees him standing at the toilet urinating but instead of holding his penis, he is holding a plastic tube.

She successfully escapes without being detected. At the movie's climax, she returns, with the movie's tough-guy, studly hero, and sidekick, the character actor, Tracy Walter. She tells her hero friend about the strange sight she saw of the bad guy. When they have the bad guy cornered, the hero tells his sidekick to pull the bad guy's pants down. The sidekick looks unhappy but is about to comply with his unpleasant task when the bad guys yells at them not to touch him. He glares and snarls that if they 'want to see the future?' He pulls his pants down himself and shows the everyone the horrible sight. He had himself castrated completely. A steel metal cup, shaped like an athletic protector is attached to the area that used to be where his privates were. A small, thin, plastic tube nestles inside a groove off to the side. To urinate the bad guy just pulls the tube out of its groove. Horrible, repugnant sight!
