Can't Figure Out
why this gem never caught on in the US. I could have taped it off Showtime back in 1996, but no-o-o-o, I had to pre-SUME it'd be available at my neighborhood flick joint. So I've spent about 10 years trying to describe it to people here, and hoping it hadn't landed in copyright hell, never to be seen on earth again. But I see that, as if by magic, it's now available everywhere in both formats. Brilliant!
One of the weirdest cult films ever--it just keeps growing and growing on you till you wake up one morning with a funny nose and a corkscrew tail. But I digress....
