The Lawnmower Man ~ Horror? Nope...

I taped this as it said 'horror' as its genre, and also in the cable description of the movie.
It's not horror...it's sci-fi! {yuchhh, for me anyways!}.
I stopped watching after Brosnan puts Fahey through his initial 'tests'...
Sorry this one's not for me, so my rating's a low '4' on my scale:
"4 = only just watchable, I could have nodded off occasionally".
'You can't HANDLE the truth!'

I haven't seen this movie, but it sounds a lot like that episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0708813/

How can you possibly rate it when you didnt watch it all thenway through.

Dude, your post has 0 credibility seeing you only watched the beginning of the movie. It definitely IS horror, with sci-fi elements, but of course you wouldnt know that because of your short attention span.

...I agree---this movie is not a horror! It's definitely sci fi, which is fine. That said, I was majorly disappointed because I was expecting it to follow Stephen King's original short story---which has noting to do with "virtual reality". No wonder Stephen King sued to have his name removed from this film!!!

How would you know it's not horror if you only watched the beginning? A lot of horror movies don't start off scary, they ease into the scariness. I think this was a sci-fi/horror mix. Not the scariest movie I've ever seen, but it is a horror movie.
