Other treatments of the story

If you read my IMDb review, you know my opinion of this film is very negative. (I cant believe that any of the authors of the glowing reviews on this site have read the material on Ishi written by his contemporaries, or I'm sure they'd agree with me.)

Has anyone here seen the TV docudrama on Ishi? I found it very well done and informative. Any impressions?

Also, there was a 1978 film about Ishi, featuring Dennis Weaver as Alfred Kroeber. I haven't seen it. Has anyone seen it, and if so would he/she like to offer any opinions?
