Question about "dubbing"

Haven't watched the movie yet, but I've noticed that it has this kind of "dubbing" that others have also mentioned, although it seems to be the original language - which is Cantonese I believe. I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether that is the normal version of the movie (i.e. it has by definition this dubbing effect, although this is the original copy) or a copy exists out there with natural voices - which would make this other copy the original one.
