Pester was Hideous
It was really sweet and cute what Chester was trying to do for Penny- but from when the movie was made... until now... she is STILL hideous!

shareJandi Swanson in a round about way, sort of reminds me of Velma from Scooby Doo. What I mean is that they have similar body type (short, curvy), they both wear glasses (at least Jandi was Penny Pester), and while not considered drop dead gorgeous (when compared to Daphne) they're still "cute as a button-attractive".
