Know any libraries + online sellers that have a copy???

I've been wanting to see this film since it came out in 1992. Anyone know where I can buy or borrow a copy from? Video, DVD, whatever... so long as it has English subtitles

Any guidance will be appreciated. I live in Boston and could probably pick it up in NYC if necessary.
