Fair fight?

George clearly states that if Bill can beat him in a FAIR FIGHT, that he can run the district. Since when is kicking someone in the groin considered fair?

What constitutes a fair fight is debatable. Since Bill clearly wasn't the same weight class as Kuffs and said to be some kind of boxing champion, the fight wasn't fair from the start. The relevant thing is that, against all odds, Kuffs managed to easily win the fight within a matter of second.

Since the beginning of time itself!

So long as one doesn't have a weapon that the other doesn't, it's a fair fight.
Since they both had feet and nuts, it was fair.

You obviously watch too much "fighting for fun" matches on TV; like UFC or boxing.
In a REAL fight, the only rule is 'win or die'.
