I was just wondering what the car was... it looked like it was a huge Buick Park Avenue. It had to be a late '80s or early '90s model. The reason I picked up on this is because I have a '94 LeSabre and it is one of the best cars I've had. I have only seen one other model and year like Miss Hepburn's Buick and it was dark forest green. Anyone know what year it was? It shows Kate, Phyllis and their driver going from Fenwick to her New York townhouse.

I've answered my own question. It's an early 1990's Buick Roadmaster sedan. Buick discontinued them in 1996. The Roadmaster station wagons were a lot more common.

The last thing I was thnking while watching this great docu about Katharine Hepburn's life is about what kind of Cars she owned.
