Help!

I'm trying to watch this film but failing completely. It is available on YouTube but its a crappy dubbed version with scenes missing. I've tried finding it online using other websites but I have the opposite problem. I find the real version of the film but it has no subtitles. I've also looked on play.com and Amazon.co.uk to buy the film on DVD. However the film that's titled supercop on these websites is apparently the sequel supercop 2. It has the poster of supercop 2 and multiple user reviews say that is indeed supercop 2. Is there any way I can watch or buy this film. I live in the uk so the DVD would have to be region 2/B
