Kind of sad now
Since the death of Michael, this movie seems different than when it first came out. For me, anyway.

shareJoseph was just like any man who came up by putting his kids to work on the stage, making his ego rich as well as his pockets. With that, no account, insecure women who are approached by such parasites places them on pedestals, letting their 'sugar daddy' funnel money to them, paying for expensive apartments and flying around the country meeting him in hotels while the wife stayed home. No wonder Papa Joe was telling Katherine the road was Jackson 5 business --- "Me and Jackson business"

You can say that again. And he basically screwed up Michael the most which is why he became such a talented yet deeply troubled and damaged soul. Joseph will reap what he sowed.
