Underrated film with a great villain (spoilers)

Just caught this on Instant Netflix, and thought it was actually kinda good! Sure, it's a cross between The Hard Way and Iron Eagle, but it's mildly amusing and the action sequences are decent. It's a nice twist that Hall's character IS actually competent and has natural talent (unlike Fox's character in The Hard Way) - letting him be the one who saves them in the end was great.

But the best thing about it is the villain - there's something just awesome about the way he's so chill and relaxed. I love over-the-top, hammy villains as much as the next guy, but Ashby's low-key, almost laid-back performance as the villain was great and I wish we saw more characters like him.
