Most gratuitous nude scene in a horror film would probably be in The Stepfather. Towards the end of the movie, the daughter just randomly gets naked to step into the shower and the scene comes out of nowhere. It's so unexpected.

I still remember my pleasant surprise at scene when I first saw that movie as a teenager.

I remember beating my dick like it owed me money to that scene over and over when I was a kid. It was a body double but damn if that double didnt have a nice plump ass.
