I thought Leaving Las Vegas was the sequel.....

I remember going to see Leaving Las Vagas and I was all razzed up for a good comedy. You know what, I wasn't laughing. In fact I was quite depressed. I kept waiting for Nic Cage to snap out of his drunkness and become funny. It didn't happen.
