Kevin should be done for ATTEMPTED MURDER

I mean, throwing bricks from a height should've killed that idiot burglar with the first hit, and not to mention later on when Kevin swings that cannon-looking object on both of them from the stairs, the impact should've smashed their skulls right there and then.
