I think they should! If it weren't for the pigeon lady, they would've gotten away with it.

Marv would probably get mental institution and probation for life due to good behavior.
Only twice did he say he'd kill Kevin and that was right after falling into one of his traps.
But Harry was really going to murder Kevin.
Marv is in HOME ALONE 4 and married. No way do you get a marriage license with life in prison.
